The Brief
Abbott partnered with us to produce a series of training videos for healthcare professionals across India. The goal was to educate nurses, paramedics, and hospital staff on essential neonatal and clinical care practices. Each year, 12 projects are commissioned, with doctors from different states selecting the topics and leading the content.
Abbott India approached us with a critical mission: to produce engaging and educational training videos for healthcare professionals across India. The goal was to create standardized video content that would help doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff improve neonatal and pediatric care practices in hospitals. Each video needed to be regionally accessible, medically accurate, and visually clear enabling training at scale across different states and languages.
Our Strategy
We created a comprehensive end-to-end production workflow:
- Scriptwriting: Collaborated with doctors to convert clinical insights into easy-to-understand, engaging scripts.
- Shoot Execution: Travelled across India to film doctors on location e.g., Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, etc.
- Language Adaptation: Translated each script into 10 regional languages with culturally relevant terms.
- Dubbing & Subtitling: Professionally dubbed in local dialects and subtitled in English + other languages for maximum accessibility.
- Post-Production: Delivered polished, high-quality explanatory videos optimized for both hospital training and internal staff programs.

These videos now serve as standardized learning modules, supporting ongoing medical training initiatives across India.
